Handling complaints
Find out how we handle concerns or complaints from
people who are not happy with the care they have been
given.
If you are unhappy about how you have been treated or the
services you have received we will take your views seriously.
We will consider the information you have given us and talk
to the care home or care service about it.
In the most serious cases – such as when we receive allegations
of abuse or something that endangers people’s lives – we will work
closely with the police, local council, NHS trust and other
agencies.
We will act quickly in the best interests of people who use
services.
