How to complain about CSCI
Find out what to do if you have a complaint about
us.
We aim to get things right first time. If you believe we have
got something wrong, please tell us and we will try to sort things
out quickly.
Follow the steps below to make a complaint about
us.
Stage 1: making your complaint
Who should I contact?
Please make your complaint to the person you have been dealing
with, so that they have the opportunity to respond to you
directly.
If you feel unable to do this or you do not feel you have had an
adequate response then you can tell their manager.
To find their manager please contact us.
What happens next?
We will reply to you within three working days.
We will let you know who will be dealing with your complaint and
discuss any further details with you.
We will respond to you in full by letter within 15 days and let
you know what we intend to do about your complaint.
What should I do if I'm not happy?
If you are not satisfied with how we have responded to your
complaint, go to stage 2 to find out what
you can do.
